CVS updates / bug fixes, etc - 12/29/2008

Made some minor updates and bug fixes. They are:

- Fixed segfault dealing with getopt_long_only().
- Added iwar-getopt_long_only.c for systems that do not support that call.
Also modified the configure.in to reflect this.
- Fixed issue with number not being plotted on the screen properly
- Added "old school" credit banner support. This information is pulled
from www.softwink.com (port 9999). Not really a "feature", but just
something I thought would be fun.
- Other minor bug fixes.

At this point, I'm doing a "code freeze" (no new features) for iWar 0.08.
If you have any requests or new feature patches, they likely won't be
in iWar until after 0.08 is officially released. We'll incorporate them
for iWar 0.09 (and iWar 0.09 CVS).

Considering the state of iWar 0.08, 0.09 will be mostly VoIP functionality.

Please report any bugs you run into. I have a couple of issues that
need to be corrected that I know of and then I'll release iWar 0.08-RC1.
